I teach Ashtange yoga and a mix of dynamic yoga also hatha, meditation and breathing. I teach children age 5 to 16 years and I am CRB checked. Most of my work is on a one to one basis but I also have small classes as well. I am a yoga therapist dealing mostly with problems on the back, hips, shoulders and stress. I live in West London and my area I cover is West London, Chelsea, Kensington, Nottinghill gate to Ealing and into Wimbeldon and parts of Surrey.
