Yoga is all about discovering the through about yourself and the life you want to life through practice. It’s an incredibly powerful and transformative way of life that changes you from the inside out – and the outside in!
Natalie Morrison is a London-based yoga teacher, lover of health and wellbeing and philosopher. Her classes emphasise peeling away layers of mental and physical baggage while practicing fun and inspiring yoga sequences whatever your level.
She typically uses a vinyasa flow style of yoga to offer postures that build strength and integrity to take on this challenge, and flexibility to adapt to a continuously changing environment. She helps students develop connection with the breath as a ‘voice’ for the self. And by encouraging playfulness and experimentation, she offers the opportunity to explore the self on a physical and emotional level.
On the flipside, she recognises the enormous benefit of Yin-style yoga practice, and teaches slower, more restorative workshops to counterbalance the rajasic/Yang qualities of Vinyasa yoga.

I’ve tried several yoga classes, but Natalie’s is the first I’ve stuck with. The classes are small with lots of individual attention and the sequences vary each session. Natalie’s knowledge, encouragement and great sense of humor have motivated me to progress and improve week on week and I leave each time feeling fitter, stronger and blissed.
