Yoga is a holistic and transformative practice that combines the physical, psychological, and spiritual
sides of an individual. It is a healing practice in which we combine ancient practices of breath, body and
movement in order to feel a sense of freedom and knowledge of our true self. Yoga is said to repair the
body, tame ones emotions and focus the mind – in the end reawakening the soul. (Katha Upanishads)

Join Wendy in the new year to begin your personal and transformative journey. The course will introduce
you to breath awareness, key imprint postures or asanas, meditation and relaxation – all while focusing
on a healthy and safe alignment. You will be introduced to the building blocks of your yoga practice which
can then be useful in any system of practice you choose.
