About Rachel Caffarate Yoga

Rachel is a passionate and enthusiastic yoga teacher. She teaches a variety of yoga styles (vinyasa flow/dynamic/restorative/pregnancy and postnatal) on a 1-2-1 basis but also teaches small groups and larger classes at studios. She is based in Wandsworth but also teaches in Fulham, Wimbledon and Cheam.
Also as a keen runner, she has run yoga for runners workshops in conjunction with RunnersNeed and can tailor classes for runners to running aches/pains/stiffness as she sees yoga as complimentary to running/cycling. She is currently teaching “Snowga” – a class sequenced to prepare students for skiing/snowboarding.
She is Yoga Alliance UK accredited.

Rachel’s classes are the perfect balance between gently exploring postures and pushing yourself a little bit further. Always with lots of positive encouragement! I leave after each session feeling calm and relaxed, yet at the same time, as if I’ve done a serious work out. I always look forward to the next class! Thank you Rachel for being such a wonderful teacher.

After going to Rachel’s class only once a week, there were marked improvements in both my flexibility and strength. I found myself in postures I thought there was no way I’d ever achieve. Her class is thorough, fun, challenging and very relaxing. Rachel incorporates her students’ needs into her lesson plan – and she makes sure you’re executing each posture correctly. She’s a precise and enthusiastic teacher. I love her class.
