My focus is on restoring natural movement and breathing patterns without imposing any forceful techniques. Physical and mental tension are encouraged to gradually dissolve, so that the natural intelligence of the body can emerge.

My approach is totally student-centred – each individual is encouraged to work according to their ability/needs and is given the individual attention required to do so.

I am a qualified BWY teacher, with 25 years experience at teaching students of all ages and abilities, including those with physical restrictions or injuries. I mainly work on a 1-2-1 basis or with small groups.
