About The Meditation Trust

The Meditation Trust teaches courses in Transcendental Meditation (TM), with regular courses accross the country. TM is the most powerful key to unlock your inner potential for self-healing and personal growth because it is simple, effortless and natural and therefore works for everyone.TM is not concentration or visualisation, nor is it about controlling the mind. We simply allow the mind the freedom to be still! This blissful peace allows the body to gain very deep rest (much deeper than sleep), producing benefits in all areas of life as we emerge from the silence of meditation refreshed and revitalized by the elimination of stress from the body. Scientific research indicates a number of mental and physical health benefits e.g. normalisation of blood pressure, improved sleep, reduced anxiety and depression.
The course is taught over three consecutive days during which participants gain the ability to practice the technique correctly and effortlessly on their own and are fully equipped to enjoy its benefits in the future, with free support and guidance from their teacher for life.
