Postnatal Mum and baby yoga – Our Lady Church Hall Thursdays 10-11am
Postnatal yoga with baby yoga exercises to help feel more confident handling your baby and bonding.
Helping you to feel more energised and strong as well as having fun with your baby. Classes also focus on diastasis recti, backache & pelvic floor health.
