About Joanne Sumner Wellbeing
Sometimes we need time out to rest and relax, and to focus on what we really want from life. At Joanne Sumner Wellbeing Jo provides a beautiful space to do this with support and guidance.
Based in Ealing, West London, Joanne’ s classes teach you flexibility, how to strengthen and align your body, with relaxation and meditation elements too.
We offer:
- Yoga classes to improve your flexibility, strength and alignment: (Group & 1:1 classes)
- Deep relaxation classes, sharing simple stress management techniques for daily life
- Life coaching, to build self belief and overcome limiting beliefs and attitudes: (Delivered face to face in Ealing or remotely via Skype/Facetime)
- Natural healing methods, to address ongoing health and wellbeing concerns: (Reiki or Bach Flowers healing are offered)
The sequences enable you to experience a sense of flow, a sense of becoming attuned to your body and to your energy and bring a deep sense of well-being.
Classes are available drop-in or by half term.This current half term starts Monday 7th January – Wednesday 13th February (£72 for the 6-week block or £15 drop-in). The following half term will be 25th February – 10th April.
Trial sessions may be booked at any time by contacting Joanne.
You can also join Joanne on retreat in the beautiful English countryside to regain perspective and find your joie de vivre again.
