Hello Pregnant Ladies!
So super excited to share the next 4-week Pregnancy Yoga short course starting Saturday 31st March 2018, (10:30 a.m. to 11:50am).
The course will run on the following dates and cover these specific areas:
Saturday 31st March – Managing Stress & Anxiety
Saturday 7th April – Bringing Balance and Mental Clarity
Saturday 14th April – Reducing Back Pain
Saturday 21st April – Meditation- Preparing Mind & Body
Each session will incorporate gentle exercises, stretching, breathing techniques & meditations focusing on the above.
