Forest Gate Community Yoga

We are a community based yoga group, we teach, Ashtanga Vinyasa flow, Mandalay, Kids & Family yoga. We are continually adding to our skills base. Whether you are a newbie or devotee, ultra flexible or ridiculously tight, have additional needs, we are delighted to have you join us.
