Fully qualified and fully insured, I am qualified to teach a range of styles including Ashtanga, Rocket, Vinyasa, Mandala and Yin- there is something for everyone, even children.

I travelled to Goa in 2017 to gain my 200hour certificate with The Yoga People and I returned 5 months later to train with The Yoga People again ,but this time in Yin (100 hours) and Mandala (100 hours).   I am also qualified to work with children, having undertaken a 3 day training with Rainbow Kids Yoga. 

Rather than teaching alignment, I focus on teaching energetically, guiding students to feel the pose in the target area, finding the juiciest stretch rather than ensuring the pose looks ‘right’. Poses are adjusted and variations are given to allow students to challenge themselves, working with their body and with any injuries.

I am currently available to teach after 4pm on weekdays and anytime on the weekend. During school holidays, I am also available during the day, during the week.
