Estelle Yoga

Parisian born Estelle Garcin left acting to dedicate her life to yoga. Today a yogini and mother of two, London is her city of choice to teach and run her boutique studio Yoga Studio 39 in Brook Green, West London where she specialises in Meditation, Vinyasa Flow and Power Yoga.

Following her first Teacher Training (200 hours) with The Power Yoga Company, she went on and studied with Kino MacGregor, Shiva Rea and Norman Blair to name a few before going to India and complete her training (300 hours). She is today a registered senior yoga teacher (500 hours) with Yoga Alliance UK.

She teaches groups as well as one-to-one classes in her Brook Green studio in West London, workshops and retreats in the UK and abroad.

She specialises on hands on assists, all her classes are tailored to her students individual requirements.

Her classes incorporate some meditation, a dynamic physical sequence which can be restorative, to leave you feeling empowered, balanced and happy!
