About Flowsmiths Yoga
I am a London based Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance and I am passionate about helping others find space in their bodies, heads and hearts. I believe that yoga is for everybody and should be both a great workout for both the body and the mind. My aim is to ensure you leave feeling renewed, having found space in your body and mind.
You can find my upcoming classes on the Schedule page and you can also find me on the BUA FIT website.
I combine my passion for the environment with yoga by teaching outdoor yoga classes in summer. These focus on connecting to the natural world around us.
I teach power vinyasa yoga, suitable for all levels. This is a powerful, energetic type of yoga but can be adapted for a slower, softer class. I like to give my students something to take off the mat, so I enjoy bringing yoga philosophy and encouraging self-exploration in my classes. Most of all I want everyone to feel welcome and comfortable in my classes, regardless of background, ability, flexibility or body type.
As well as asana (posture) practice, I lead guided meditations and pranayama (breathing exercises).

I love Sarah’s classes. She encourages a mindful practice of working with your body as it currently feels and pulls in the perfect balance of philosophy, professionalism and humour. Her explanations are clear and she provides adaptations for all levels. Highly recommended.
