About Inspiring Yoga for Everyone
Jude is a qualified British Wheel of Yoga (BWY Diploma – Level 4) teacher and student of Tara Fraser .
Classes are warm and friendly; students are encouraged to be non-judgmental when practicing and accept themselves as they are, at that moment in time.
She encourages students to be mindful of the connections between their body, breath, thoughts and feelings in each posture, and so discover something about themselves.
