Melissa works from the belief that yoga postures and practices need to be adapted to the individual. In this way she holds inclusive classes with a variety of needs giving individual and group advice, guidance, encouragment and challenge.
She has done extensive therapeutic training, studied meditation, pranayama, vedic chanting, ayurveda,yoga philosophy ,anatomy and many cross training from other movement modalities but she bases her main practice in the deep release of the scaravelli lineage

She has recently completed the Integrated Bodywork and Movement Therapy diploma and is certified to deliver somatic therapy.
