Enthusiastic yoga flow teacher with a hint of Iyengar yoga to her style.
Remi is passionate about helping others to help ignite that spark, or to sooth the waves of the mind as everyone needs a way to facilitate a sense of balance in their lives.

Living in the midst of the demanding corporate scene here in the City, Remi believes in the strength that a personal yoga practice can bring, and loves to leave her students with a bit of insight from each class as a tool for the students to further their own practice.

She is passionate about offering yoga classes to raise money for charities, and loves to be approached to help with health focused charity events.

Yoga can be for everyone, and if you are looking , but still unsure please approach Remi. She much rather offer free one to one classes just before someone steps into a general drop in class, or buys a dvd.
