Fire up your Fridays! Vinyasa Flow Yoga is an energetic and creative sequencing of yoga postures to ignite your life force. Breath work and meditation deepen the flow.

10.30-11.30am Holistic Yoga
Holistic Yoga is a gentle yoga class, which focuses on posture work, the breath and meditation.

When: Fridays from June 19th – July 17th

Investment: £40 for the five week course (£8 per class) or £12 drop in.
