About Vinyasa Yoga Teacher – Wimbledon
I run weekly vinyasa yoga classes in Belgrave Hall, Wimbledon Village, just off Ridgway.
The classes run from 9.30 to 10.30 am every Wednesday. I teach a fluid, flowing practice with modifications offered for all poses. The class is open to all levels of student. My background in fitness and dance underpins my practice. I may challenge you a little, but you will hopefully leave class refreshed, relaxed and more focused.
I also teach a number of private clients around South London and currently have space to take on more students.

The hall is at the top of Denmark Road, just of Ridgway. To gain access to the hall, please press the buzzer and I'll let you in.

I had never done yoga before, but I found Rebecca’s classes to be both uplifting as well as calming. she’s been teaching me both the postures and basic yoga moves and encouraging me to take my practise further. I found her to be very encouraging and supportive as well as patient and calm which as a newbie to Yoga is vital for me! I leave feeling like I’ve been stretched as well as energised.
