Kundalini Yoga classes and workshops in Teddington, Richmond, Middlesex and beyond. Some classes have gong (sound healing) during the relaxation for an extra detox, to help you feel totally relaxed and blissful by the time you leave. Come and experience Kundalini yoga in a huge old Gothic church next to the Thames, attend a class in ‘Little India”- Southall for an amazing 2 hour session of sound healing with Kundalini Meditation, Mantras and sound healing with Gong. During the Summer we move venue to a community centre in Teddington with a beautiful enclosed Garden for outdoor yoga weather permitting.
