Noreen’s classes are just the right side of challenging and always leave me feeling better for having gone and I leave feeling more releaxed. The classes are also not intimidating but very welcoming..

I have just recently started back to yoga after quite a long break and find Noreen’s beginners class a very good back to basics class. It is varied and set at just the right to help me get back in the game.

Hugely enjoyable beginners yoga classes. It’s friendly, warm and welcoming. The studio is clean, bright and spacious with wooden floors. The mood lighting and music help to create a relaxing environment. The teaching is excellent and Noreen is very approachable and listens to each individual’s particular needs and tailors the class to support all the students. I feel totally energized and relaxed at the end of class and feel much healthier. I recommend whole heartedly.

I’ve really enjoyed coming to Noreen’s classes over the last couple of months. The classes change and develop with you so you never get bored. I feel challenged without getting overwhelmed or lost and it’s amazing how quickly you start to feel the benefits. It’s a great opportunity to take a moment for yourself and I always feel restored and energised afterwards!

I have been coming to Noreen’s classes for a few weeks and would highly recommend them. She’s very knowledgable about her practice and cares a lot about her students. I have discovered muscles in my body I never know existed!

I love Noreen as an instructor, she deals superbly well with all levels of ability and works closely with her students to identify strengths and areas that need to be dealt with more cautiously. My husband and both attend classes with Noreen, he suffers with old injuries which impact his flexibility and movement and Noreen has always been conscious of his challenges and proactively suggests alternative postures more suited to his ability whilst encouraging him to build strength and flexibility. I couldn’t recommend both Noreen’s classes and 1 to 1 sessions more. She’s done wonders for us both.
