Luana began her career in fitness in 2000 and started to practice Yoga shortly after that. She discovered her passion for Yoga and decided to take time out to India where she completed her 200hr Ashtanga teacher training in 2012. Luana is also a qualified Reiki Master.

Through Yoga she invites people to connect with the spaces within, where we can uncover the fullness and authenticity of who we are. She teaches classes that are challenging and dynamic, creating a practice that heals and detoxifies the body and mind.
