Please note: Regular classes are online (Monday 10.15am, Tuesday 7pm, Wed 9.15am).

In-person events occasionally offered to celebrate nature's cycles, Solstices, full moons, new moons (including Cacao Ceremony & Sound Medicine Journeys, Retreats)

Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan,is for everyone. It works quickly to give you strength, balance, flexibility and the ability to remain calm and centred through life’s challenges.

Kundalini Yoga gives you the formula for experiencing the essence of You (which is what all yoga aims to do), and it does it quickly, with results possible from your very first class.

It draws from all Yogic systems, and includes posture/asana, sound, mantra, breath, and meditation. It is particularly focussed on strengthening the glandular, nervous, and subtle energy systems (kundalini, chakras, prana) that create our health and happiness.

I warmly invite you to try it out for yourself….Beginners are very welcome.

I live in West Norwood/Gipsy Hill area - and also offer 1:1 sessions at mine, or yours. And small groups at yours for regular classes or special events or celebrations
