Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan,is for everyone. It works quickly to give you strength, balance, flexibility and the ability to remain calm and centred through life’s challenges.

Kundalini Yoga gives you the formula for experiencing the essence of You (which is what all yoga aims to do), and it does it quickly, with results possible from your very first class.

It draws from all Yogic systems, and includes posture/asana, sound, mantra, breath, and meditation. It is particularly focussed on strengthening the glandular, nervous, and subtle energy systems (kundalini, chakras, prana) that create our health and happiness.

I also run Gong baths, workshops, retreats and other special events to uplift you.

I warmly invite you to try it out for yourself….Beginners are very welcome.

I love Natalie’s Kundalini yoga – I have tried several classes but this is the first I’ve truly stuck to, wanted to go to and really enjoy. Natalie is
very knowledgeable, competent and encouraging. I am fitter, calmer and have even lost some weight as a result of these classes, can’t recommend
highly enough!

Natalie’s Kundalini yoga class is great. There is something new in every class which brings relaxation and energy to my body. Natalie’s fun, grounded and professional manner engages the class and allows an encouraging space for you to be present with the exercises regardless of how experienced you may or may not be.

Natalie’s classes are brilliant! I’ve tried many yoga classes over the years and Natalie is the most incredible teacher I have met and Kundalini yoga is the most interesting and powerful style of yoga I have experienced. Natalie’s classes are full of joy, they are calming, balancing and inspirational. I love Natalie’s classes. I have been going for over 4 years now and it’s a real highlight of my week. I have also benefitted from one to one sessions with Natalie which really helped me through some stressful times. I would highly recommend her workshops as well. I always leave feeling rejuvenated and uplifted. Natalie is a wonderful teacher!
