Our low lit Yoga Studio comes equipped with mats, blocks, bolsters, belts and lavender eye pads, so you can just step on the mat and focus on your practice.

Meet the team:
Catherine Wilkinson, Personal Trainer, Pilates & Yoga Instructor

Founder of MWL Catherine Wilkinson is a Level 3 Advanced Personal Trainer with additional expertise in Kettle Bells, Vipr, TRX Suspension Training and Indoor Cycling. She has a passion for helping people to move efficiently to achieve their fitness and wellbeing goals. She specialises in Vinyasa Flow Yoga & Mat Pilates having trained with Yoga London on their 200 hour course, and Stott Pilates with a Level 3 Diploma. Catherine brings humour and understanding to her training sessions, forging strong relationships built out of trust. She has spoken on the radio and at B2B conferences on the topics of wellbeing in the workplace, obesity and running. Corporate clients include NHS Norfolk, King’s College London, Our Parks and Nuffield Health. Passions include horse riding, distance running and regular Yoga practice.

Dan Breakwell, Yoga Instructor

Dan (originally a west-midlands boy) moved to London in 2011 to pursue a career in Musical Theatre and stumbled upon Yoga in the process. Initially just a way of letting off steam, Yoga eventually became a huge part of his life in March 2014 when he flew to India and trained intensively with The Yoga People in Ashtanga Vinyasa and Rocket Yoga. Since then, Yoga has taken the reins and led him to further training in Yin Yoga, Chakra studies and meditation. Although Dan’s teaching emphasises strong technical awareness through building solid foundations for our infinitely varied bodies, your intention of being bold and open minded during practice is deeply encouraged. His intention is to empower students to release inhibition and enable them to explore their limitless potential through a fearless and mindful practice. Dan is passionate about introducing people to the world of yoga and what it can un-lock through regular practice, passion and persistence. Big love goes out to all the supportive and inspiring people he has met, learned from and worked with along his journey so far and to teachers Jamie and Dulce (the yoga people) and Mimi Kuo-Deemer.

Location Information

Located just off Lordship Lane between Forest Hill and East Dulwich. We are opposite 77 Overhill Road.

Opening Times

6am - 9pm Monday - Saturday
