YOGA TUESDAYS! Uplifting Community yoga in the heart of Balham

For newbies or regular practitioners, lifters, cyclists and runner alike – these yoga classes are open to everybody, all levels of fitness and flexibility.

We start with gentle stretches, a thorough warm up, build up heat and our core, progressing to hip openers and twists and possibly challenging postures, then slowing down with deep relaxation or savasana towards the end.
