A dynamic vinyasa flow yoga class for beginners and beyond, led by Sweaty Betty teacher, Alison Lam. This class gives you the opportunity to focus on your own well-being and aims to strengthen and lengthen the body whilst calming and focussing the mind. The maximum group size is limited to 6 participants to ensure you get the attention you need. The perfect start to your week!

10.40 – 11.40 – Yoga Stretch, Relax & Breathe

A gentle yoga class for beginners and beyond, led by Sweaty Betty teacher, Alison Lam. This class gives you the opportunity to focus on your own well-being and aims to facilitate relaxation and calmness of mind, through breathwork and gentle asana (posture) practice. The maximum group size is limited to 6 participants to ensure you get the attention you need. This is a great follow-up to a dynamic class, or a morning run, and for yoga newbies looking to ease into a regular practice. Either way, it’s the perfect start to your week!

11.45 – 12.30 – 1 to 1 private class

A 1 to 1 session with Alison is the perfect way to have a class tailored to your exact personal requirements. Great for beginners wanting to get experience prior to joining a group class, or for working on personal specifics that might not get attended to in a group setting.
