Free Yoga Classes with Trainee Power Yoga Teachers

Hello lovely Yogi’s,

Me and two other lovely ladies are looking to teach an hour long class on Thursday 10th of January from 20:15 – 21:15 at a beautiful hot yoga studio near Putney train station. We are currently undergoing yoga teacher training and we would love to find some students who are willing to flow with us! The practice will be a Power Vinyasa flow based on the teachings of Baron Baptiste and is suitable for all levels, even complete newbies. There will no be charge for the class but we would love your feedback and if successful we would like to make this a weekly event.
