All Yoga is a project based on the collaboration between two passionate yoga instructors, Adriana Re and Francesco Vino, with unique approach to yoga tradition influenced by Indian culture. During their long exploration of yoga (Ashtanga, Hatha, Nidra, Stress Release and Pranayama), they created their own style. The classes represent flow, release and dynamic movement with emphasis on strengthening core muscles and releasing back and shoulders tension. Yoga practice enriched by the breathing techniques and friendly atmosphere gives a unique experience to the participants, make them revitalise the energy and stimulates their mental and physical activities.
