About Elo Yoga – Yoga Teacher in Greenwich-Blackheath
A 60-minute full body strength and stretch in Greenwich SE10 9JT (St Alfege Church Hall).
Each flow class is a well-rounded practice of initially warming and opening the body, progressing through heat-building flows, deep stretching and relaxation.
Dynamic Vinyasa means that we connect each movement with breath, creating heat, body strength and flexibility. Lots of warriors and downward dogs, having fun on the mat whilst working on releasing tension and letting go of any worries.
All levels welcome. 1st class free (must be booked via PM). Yoga mats provided.

How to find me:
St Alfege Church Hall is easily accessible by public transport.
Greenwich mainline rail station, Greenwich DLR, Cutty Sark DLR and buses 129, 177,180, 188,199, 286, 386
When in Greenwich town, just walk towards the back of the church, it is the building opposite in the courtyard.
Parking
There is no public parking available in the churchyard but on street parking is free at the time of the class.
