Iyengar yoga with David

This mixed level Sunday yoga class is on every week at Hackney Forge, 243a Victoria Park Rd, E9 7HD (entrance off Banbury Road), 10-11.30am.

Come along to extend, challenge yourself, and relax.

Hackney Forge is near Tower Hamlet’s Victoria Park.

It’s £10 per class on a drop-in basis. Or £80 for a ten class ticket (the ten classes are to be taken over twelve weeks).

The class is ‘mixed / general level’: So some experience of yoga is necessary. Mats and other equipment are provided.

Drop-ins are welcome. Please note that I am a fully qualified Iyengar yoga teacher with several years of teaching experience.
