OnTheSameTimeZone Yoga

Elina at OnTheSameTimeZone Yoga is a full-time yoga teacher, with 15 year long personal practise. Initially trained with the YogaWorks Method (a combination of Ashtanga, Iyengar and Viniyoga), Elina has since completed trainings in Perinatal/Pregnancy Yoga (Birthlight), Yoga for Chronic Pain (The Minded Institute), Anatomy and Breathwork (Leslie Kaminoff), YogaNidra (YogaNidra Network) and Restorative Yoga, in addition to various workshops across Europe

A life-long athlete, Elina has gone through few big injuries over the year, teaching her valuable first hand lessons about (E/)ego, patience, rehabilitation and holistic approach to healing and bouncing (or crawling, as it sometimes felt) back to active lifestyle. Currently she teaches public yoga classes in various formats: Alignment based Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Restorative, Yin and Chair Yoga. She is available for one off events and privates, as well as regular private classes.
