In our fast paced, over stimulated lives, taking time for ourselves has become more important then ever before. Yoga and meditation can help us find balance and strength, heal injuries, reduce our stress and let us wind down.

Amisha Ghadiali offers weekly classes around London, as well as special workshops, courses and retreats.

If you can’t make it to class, or prefer to work privately, Amisha offers sessions one to one or with small groups in your home, office or in her Highbury studio. All private sessions come with a free consultation.

With a love of yoga and meditation that has spanned over a decade, Amisha teaches Hatha yoga that is influenced by the Anusara tradition, flowing with nature. Her classes are strong yet relaxing, focused on clear alignment and moving from the heart. Amisha uses playful theming and her experience of exploring world wisdom traditions to leave her students with some magic and grounding they can bring into their daily lives. She believes yoga creates more freedom and honesty in our bodies and minds.

Amisha is also a writer and speaker on all aspects of conscious living. Her words have appeared in publications including The Huffington Post, Rebelle Society & Ecouterre. She has spoken at events and festivals around the world such as TEDx Oxbridge, Sunday Papers Live & Burning Man.

Amisha has used yoga and meditation in her own life to work with trauma including recovering from being run over by a pick up truck. She has lived that typical stressful busy london life, and found that bringing a soulful healthy approach to her every day made living in the city much more joyful, rewarding and balanced. This inspires her to teach in London.
