Yoga with Christos

Christos is a dedicated yogi who has been practising Ashtanga Yoga daily since 1999. He has studied with some of the most experienced and advanced teachers in the world and is totally committed to progressing and deepening his practise. Under the recommendation of his teacher at the time, he started to teach in 2002. He has continued to read and study extensively on all aspects of yoga and spirituality and has practised most other forms of yoga. As well as a daily Ashtanga practise Christos has also recieved years of training in meditation techniques and practises daily.
Christos also holds an advanced teaching diploma from the British School of Yoga and also has attained his Reiki Level 3.
Other qualifications include BSc Psychology, MSc Neuroscience, MPhil Cell Biotechnology, PTLLS+ Adult Teaching qualification, Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy.
He is currently writing his Doctoral Thesis in Counselling Psychology.
