About Yoga with Sian
Hatha yoga is a centuries old tradition that includes postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama) and meditation to help balance both body and mind.
I believe in the transformational power of yoga whether your aim is to stretch and destress at the end of a hectic day and/or re-invigorate and rebalance.
I teach a flowing yoga class with a focus on alignment in postures and movement, safety and breath awareness, aiming to help students in their own path of yoga.
I have been fortunate enough to learn from eminent and experienced practitioners such as Shiva Rea, Doug Keller and Max Strom as well my wise and experienced tutors at Yogacampus, one of the UK’s leading yoga teaching training centres (and British Wheel of Yoga accredited) and Tarik Dervish.
Classes are suitable for those who are new to yoga as well as those with more experience. Everyone is very welcome!
Cost: £10.
