Krishna yoga

After teaching yoga in health clubs and a small studio in my house, we have just open a bigger and brighter studio in Portsmouth Road, by the car wash.
we provide all types of yoga in a non-competitive environment. Each class are challenging and at the same time you come out of the class feeling absolutely relaxed.
We always finish classes with guided relaxation, Pranayama and meditation.

We also run Yoga Alliance 200 hours teacher training course.
