About Sarah Squire yoga

I love yoga and would love to teach you to love it too!

Join me at start your day with a wonderful morning yoga class – every Wednesday 7.30-8.30am, Capoeira school, 136 Streatham High Road, London SW16 1BW.

During my Hatha based classes you will learn how tune into your body through your own breath and movement. The classes are a unique combination of dynamic movement, breath work (pranayama), vinyasa flow (sequences of postures) and meditative practice, with a focus on safe alignment and control. They are relaxed, fun & with a creative approach ensuring every class is tailored personally to each student who attends.

The benefits of practising Hatha yoga include better posture, greater flexibility, increased strength, improved concentration and an enhanced feeling of well-being.

I have been practicing Hatha Yoga for over ten years and also have experience in the Iyengar, Ashtanga and Anusara traditions. I specialise in teaching beginners or those returning to Yoga.
