YOGA flow&restore

Experienced yoga teacher and teacher-trainer Francesca is offering 90 minutes of nourishing Vinyasa Flow practice in the heart of South East London. Connect breath and movement to cultivate strength and flexibility of body and mind; whilst exploring other practices such as breath work (pranayama), meditation and yoga Nidra.
