Accredited by both British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Alliance, Dina has completed over 1000 hrs of training to date with more than 18 years teaching experience . Her classes embrace a diversity of styles depending on the level and needs of her students, always offered in a clear, step-by-step format, synchronising movements with breath.
Classes usually begin with a gentle but thorough warm up to prepare the body, building slowly into a strong dynamic sequence with plenty of attention to alignment and the internal dynamics of each shape. All classes finish with a deep and replenishing relaxation leaving us refreshed, calm and energised.
Classes to suit all levels from complete beginners to those with experience wanting to experiment with more advanced practices.
She also offers restorative and more gentle practices for those affected by Cancer or other debilitating conditions.
Her classes are often accompanied by atmospheric music collected during her previous career as a music journalist.
