My teaching focuses on developing strength, flexibility and balance in the core of your body, through yoga postures and breath awareness. I encourage you to soften your outer body and to connect to your breath and the feeling inside your body, so that movement comes naturally from your centre. The emphasis is on how your body feels and moves rather than you achieving the perfect pose. These friendly and accessible classes are suitable for beginners and those with more experience. I conclude each class with relaxation and a short meditation to allow you to integrate the effects of the postures.
