About London Live Fitness
My teaching style incorporates Ashtanga and Vinyasa flow into sequences
aimed at developing core strength and flexibility. Focusing on breath awareness,
alignment and fluidity of movement, my class is often energetic but adaptable to
all levels and is a great accompaniment to more vigorous physical exercise.
I keep the class fun with a playlist that encourages the more challenging
postures. My class leaves people feeling centered and revitalised.
