My yoga journey began in 2007 over night when a friend took me along to a yoga class. Immediately, I discovered a deep connection between my own body, mind and soul. I experienced inner peace while my body got stronger and my chronic headaches, migraines and stiff shoulders soon were a memory of the past.
My individual 1-2-1 session can be a combination of yoga (yin, hatha, vinyasa), meditation, pranayama, visualisations and/or Thai Yoga Massage, depending on the individual. When I teach 1-2-1 yoga I work in a package of min. 5 sessions so that we can look at a goal to deepen the practice, to strengthen the body or to bring more awareness to the body & mind and overall a more relaxed and stress free state. My classes that create space and stillness even though often physically challenging.
I am certified to teach Sivananda Yoga studied in India, Himalayan Hatha Yoga taught by Yogi Ashokananda, Vinyasa Flow by Mimi Kuo-Deemer, Yoga for Insomnia by Lisa Sanfilippo and Yin Yoga by Sebastian Pucelle & Murielle Burellier, all studied in London. Additionally I am certified to practice Thai Yoga Massage, dōTERRA AromaTouch Technique and Ayurvedic Holistic Massages.
I often travel to India to deepen my teachings by immersing into the more traditional and spiritual teachings.
