Your yoga practice is unique, I teach to suit each person and can modify the level according to your needs and what you are looking for in your own yoga practice.

Hatha Yoga: to help you balance your busy life, relax, slow down, and quieten the mind
Dynamic Yoga: very good for building strength and stamina and helping you to feel energised and flexible.
Flow Yoga: a flowing Dynamic sequence of postures designed for conditioning, toning, and focus. This class emphasises the connection of movement with the breath.
Hot Yoga: The room is heated allowing muscles, ligaments and tendons to be warmed and stretched in a specific sequence. This is a cardiovascular class, rejuvenating the entire system.
Yoga with Weights: is a totally new exercise style; using free weights with yoga postures to strengthen, sculpt and tone. Key areas such as the abdominal, lower back and gluteus muscles are also targeted.
Pregnancy & Antenatal Yoga: connecting you and your baby with yoga movement and breath, to help you feel more confident and comfortable
Postnatal Yoga: giving you “me time” and a chance to regain energy and vitality
Restorative: using the slow movement of the body with the rhythm of the breath to open the body and focus the mind
Meditation: using breathing exercises, pranayama, to create inspiration and mindfulness
Yoga Therapy: healing and preventing sports injury / people with disabilities
Indian Head Massage: a very relaxing way to finish your yoga practice
