I am a 200hr RYT and trained at The Power Yoga Company in London. I have been practising yoga for just over 10 years and truly believe yoga to be a transformative practice for the body and the mind. I teach a dynamic power yoga/vinaysa flow style and my classes aim to build strength whilst quietening the mind; although challenging my classes are open to everyone and modifications will always be offered. I am also qualified to teach pre-natal yoga through YogaLondon and will soon be offering post natal yoga classes.
I am available for private vinyasa yoga and pregnancy classes at your home or mine, at times that suit you.

I teach pre-natal group classes Monday evenings at 6.20-7.20pm
