Yoga and Meditation in Stoke Newington

Valentina (Bharti) has been a yoga practitioner since 2000 and has been teaching since 2010. Trained in Tiruvannamalai, India, she now teaches in London and organises retreats in Italy and Crete.
Her classes are focused on alignment and adjustments, as well as the breath so that the whole practice becomes a meditation.
She also gives Reiki treatments and leads meditation classes.
