Yoga: 1-2-1 yoga is a great opportunity to learn in your own time and at your own pace. We can move through sequences to heal injuries, discomfort or emotional traumas, aiming to relax and rejuvinate your body and mind.
I have been trained, and continue to study with, my teachers R. Shrath Jois and Yogacharya Lalit Kumar in India as well as Hamish Hendry here in London. I've been teaching for the past five years and have had the honour of work with many different people with different bodies, capabilities, injuries, mindsets and lifestyles.
Massage: I specialise in Ayurvedic Yoga Massage, which is a unique blend of deep tissue massage, Ayuvedic techniques and assisted stretches. I aims to open the body, relax the muscles, relieve pain and tension and clear the mind- I am of course complelty bias why I say, Its the best treatment I've ever experienced! But, If that doesnt sound like your thing, I am also avaiable for Deep Tissue and holistic (swedish) massage sessions too.
I have been massaging for three years and worked with celebrities and royal families from around the world, in many 5 star hotels and spas in London as well as retreat centres in the Seychelles and Turkey.
