I have been practising yoga for over 10 years and am a British Wheel of Yoga accredited teacher. I trained at the Yoga Vidya Gurukul in Nasik India and at triyoga, London. Over the years I have been fortunate to study with renowned teachers such as Erich Schiffman, Donna Farhi, Seane Corne, whom have inspired my teaching style.

My classes which emphasise the link between breathing and physical movement whilst focusing on strong and healthy alignment. I believe that Yoga does not need to be achieved but felt, and deeply trust in the transformative qualities of Yoga.

My intention is to make Yoga accessible to everyone and to create a warm environment for students to explore their breathing, mind and body.
