My Yoga Teacher Training has been an intensely challenging experience ,yet I am learning to be kind to myself ,to meet myself where I am today,to be patient and most importantly to listen to my body .It has made me feel more passionate about offering classes that are fully inclusive,adaptive ,modified to suit all abilities,bodies ,injuries ,limitations and ages . I teach a variety of classes, from beginner hatha yoga to advanced vinyasa flow incorporating different styles , such as alignment ,corporate, flow, hatha, meditation, power ,senior and vinyasa .
Yoga is for everyone .It is inclusive,non exclusive ,no barrier or divide .A chance to find your groove and feel the love 🙂
