I’m an approachable yoga teacher dedicated to sharing the physical and mental benefits of yoga with people of all athletic abilities and backgrounds. I set out to create a warm environment for learning, so students can relax and explore yoga safely to the best of their ability.

Having worked as a television producer for a number of years, I understand the challenges of a hectic desk-bound career and am passionate about how yoga offers space for the mind and body to become re-balanced. I have seen for myself how just one hour a week on the mat can reach out into the rest of your life in a very positive way.

I offer reasonably priced private classes at home or in the workplace for friends, colleagues, couples and one to one. Also open group classes in the community. Please see website for up to date information.
