About Natures Rhythm Yoga
I run classes based on the Moon cycle and I encourage those who come to book a monthly course.
I cover four different themes and you will soon pick up and get into it. The flow that is..
You do not need any experience I am here to create a space for you to have your own experience and support you.
Natures Rhythm yoga takes into account, and includes, aspects such as;
â—¦ The Moons position. (Mainly the new, waxing, full, and waning moon phases).
â—¦ Attunement and reconnecting with the resonance of sacred sound.
◦ Gentle limbering warm up’s with emphasis on freeing the spine.
â—¦ Dynamic flowing and Static structured postures and often-improvised free flowing movement.
â—¦ Soft or dynamic back bends (taking into regard the level of experience)
â—¦ Forward bends and twists (counter poses)
â—¦ The fine-tuning of the chakra system using seed sounds, mudras and mantra.
Also; Inversions – Pranayama – Meditation and the practise of Yoga Nidra (deep inner conscious relaxation) that has been devised to bring into fruition the fullest expression of our potential.
Each session is energising as well as detoxifying and restorative.

I have joined Andreas new class on a Tuesday night. We have had 3 sessions so far and looking forward to the final one of the moon cycle. This is a lovely personal yoga class, with you working to your own abilities and Andrea demonstrating all levels for each position. Everything is very well explained and help is always at hand to help you achieve more ( for me it’s with the headstands!). The class, the surroundings, the music and Andrea create a lovely feel good vibe and I have always finished the class feeling positive, rejuvenated and ready for… Read more »
