About Big Toe Yoga

Dynamic Vinyasa Flow classes in Charing Cross on Monday nights and in Crystal Palace on Saturday mornings.

Class Style: We work through the foundations including the Sun Salutations and warriors and then layer on top with a sequence that varies each week that allows you to progress to a level that is right for you. We have fun with balances and there is as much focus on developing strength as there is in increasing flexibility.

Modifications are given to suit all levels, allowing individual progression in a group class environment.

I can not speak highly enough of Chloe’s classes. I have been attending for about a year now, prior to which, I had never done yoga. I continue to be challenged week by week and furthermore am consistently surprised by my increased ability. Chloe is so encouraging and warm and the class just has a lovely vibe.

I’d looked around for a good while to find a class that would give me a challenge each lesson but also had a friendly feel too it and I have to say say I’m lucky I stumbled across this one! I’ve been several times now to the central London class and the teacher is so lovely and incredibly helpful. The classes always go at a really good pace and the other yogi’s create a warm and enjoyable atmosphere. A big toe up for big toe!

Chloe is such a fabulous teacher. She works really hard to create a dynamic class that is accessible for people at all levels. Her style is relaxed but disciplined and you really feel like you’ve achieved something at the end of the class. I’ve done yoga on and off for a few years but have found that some teachers do the same routine every class – I found that I got bored really quickly and ended up cancelling my classes. At Chloe’s class the routine will be different every time, whilst concentrating on the same key values every session she… Read more »

Location Information

Charing Cross: 2 mins walk from Charing Cross Station. Craven Street is located in between Next and Boots..

Crystal Palace:

Car

If you have a Sat-Nav, it's probably better if you type in SE19 3AY as your destination. This will take you via Bedwardine Road where there is free parking directly outside the studios.

Bus

Crystal Palace is well served by the bus. Numbers 3, 122, 157, 202, 227, 249, 322, 358, 363, 410, 417 432 & 450 all visit.

Train/Overground

We're 25 minutes from both London Bridge and Victoria, and you can now find Crystal Palace on the East London Line. We suggest Gipsy Hill Rail Station if you're coming on the train as the directions are easier:

Exit the station on to Gipsy Hill, turn right and trudge up the hill. Cross over the crossroads at the top (there's a pub called the Sparrowhawk here) and keep going until you meet Merlin Shoes on your right. We can be found down the lane that is on your right. If you find yourself at Sainsbury's you've gone too far.

From Crystal Palace, exit the station and turn right and trudge up the hill. Cross over the crossroads at the top (there's a pub called Westow House here) and keep going until you see Iceland. This is a fair distance. Ask a local if in doubt. Everyone knows Iceland. Keep on going but then turn left at the crossroads. Continue until you meet Merlin Shoes on your right. We can be found down the lane that is on your right. If you find yourself at Sainsbury's you've gone too far.

Opening Times

Monday: Charing Cross 6.30pm-7.30pm
Saturday: Crystal Palace 9.25am-10.25am
