Following a 15 year love affair with yoga via weekly classes and online videos, I decided to take the plunge in February 2018, and spent an intensive 4 weeks in Rishikesh, India qualifying as a registered 200hr teacher. I wanted to immerse myself in the whole culture of yoga and incorporate it's many facets and practices into a daily habit that I could bring back here to the UK and be able to share this passion with others.
I have been teaching classes to a wide range of students and clients now for nearly 18 months now. During this time I have formed some fantastic bonds with my yoga tribe and developed a more experienced approach to teaching mixed ability groups.
My current classes specialise in Hatha and Vinyasa Flow for beginners through to experienced yogis alike, offering options and modifications so everyone can practice safely. I explore the connection between breath and movement, body and mind. Building strength, flexibility, balance and having fun! Be prepared for music, Sun Salutations and challenging asanas.

I currently also attend two community classes in my local area and love the shared bonds and friendships that have grown from these. I have studied Yoga for Stress and Anxiety with Yogacampus as part of my on-going CPD, and am available to offer workshops on this for corporate and healthcare settings.
I am available for private 1:1 classes too, and am keen to get involved with local groups so please get in touch!
